Total RNA was extracted from the endosperm (En) and embryo (Em) at 12, 21, and 28 days after pollination (DAP), as well as from different organs including root (Root), crown root (Crow), stem (Stem), leaf (Leaf), ear (Ear), and tassel (Tass).
