AtTRX5 represents the reactive oxygen species (ROS) elimination gene. AtP5CS1 and AtP5CS2 represent the proline (Pro) synthesis-related genes. AtNHX1, AtSOS1 and AtHKT1 represent the ion exchange-correlated genes. Arabidopsis was grown in soil and was treated with 250 mmol·L− 1 sodium chloride (NaCl).
