Extent of mRNA m6A modification levels in resistant and susceptible watermelon germplasms responsive to CGMMV infection. R1288 and S1252 were highly CGMMV-resistant and -susceptible watermelon germplasms, respectively. Watermelon leaves from the two germplasms were collected at 24 and 48 h after CGMMV infection. At same time, the un-infected mock samples were collected. Data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation (n = 3).
