  1. Lipid molecular species for which the acyl-chain composition is unambiguous were used in this analysis. For DGDG, this included 34:6 (16:3/18:3), 34:3 (16:0/18:3), 34:1 (16:0/18:1), 36:6 (18:3/18:3), and 36:5 (18:3/18:2). For MGDG, 34:6 (16:3/18:3), 34:3 (16:0/18:3), 36:6 (18:3/18:3), and 36:5 (18:3/18:2). For PG, 32:1 (16:0/16:1), 32:0 (16:0/16:0), 34:4 (16:1/18:3), 34:1 (16:0/18:1), 34:0 (16:0/18:0), 36:6 (18:3/18:3), and 36:5 (18:3/18:2). For PC, 32:0 (16:0/16:0), 34:4 (16:1/18:3), 34:3 (16:0/18:3), 34:2 (16:0/18:2), 34:1 (16:0/18:1), 36:6 (18:3/18:3), 36:5 (18:3/18:2), 36:1 (18:0/18:1), and 38:6 (18:3/20:3). For PE, 34:4 (16:1/18:3), 34:3 (16:0/18:3), 34:2 (16:0/18:2), 34:1 (16:0/18:1), 36:6 (18:3/18:3), 36:5 (18:3/18:2), 38:6 (18:3/20:3), 40:2 (18:2/22:0), and 42:2 (18:2/24:0).
