Validation of target genes cleaved by VvmiRNAs using RLM-RACE and PPM-RACE. The gray dotted lines indicate the cleavage sites of VvmiRNAs on target genes identified by 5′ and 3′-ends of mRNA fragment using PPM-RACE and RLM-RACE, respectively. The blue and red regions denote the sequences of VvmiRNAs and complementary sequences of VvmiRNAs on their target genes.
