A Description of experiments. Plants of the cultivars CT1 or CT2, as well as the wild genotype ICA391 were mock-inoculated or inoculated with either a non-pathogenic (Fo-npt) or a pathogenic (Fol-pt) strain of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici, at 30 days post-germination. Two biological replicates were included per cultivar. Inoculation was on the soil-stem junction without mechanical damage. Systemic leaves of inoculated plants were collected 36 h post-inoculation (hpi). Collected leaves appear encircled. Leaves were snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen upon collection and subsequently lyophilized. Lyophilized material was used for RNA extraction and construction of RNAseq libraries.
