Three-week old A. thaliana seedlings, grown as in Fig. 2C, were transferred to the LED-μRAMOS combination and kept at 600 rpm shaking frequency, 3 mm shaking diameter, 20 °C, in 1.5 mL MS medium with 2.5 g/L sucrose, initial pH 5.7, light module irradiation intensity 300 µmol/m2/s at day time, 0 µmol/m2/s at night time.
