Expression pattern analysis of SiPTI1–5 genes in different varieties of foxtail millet to salt stress treatments. Two-week-old seedlings of foxtail millet (‘Yugu1’, salt-tolerant variety, and ‘AN04’, a salt-sensitive variety are shown in red and green, respectively) leaves were treated with 150 mM NaCl.
