OsGL3B is a transcriptional activator, and it interacts with GL1 and TTG1 in transfected protoplasts. a OsGL3B is a transcriptional activator. Plasmids of the Gal4:GUS reporter, and GD-OsGL3B or GD-GL3 effector were co-transfected into protoplasts. Cotransfection of the plasmids of GD effector was used as a control. After incubated for 20–22 h at room temperature in darkness, GUS activities were measured by using a microplate reader.
