Phylogenetic analysis of SlBES1 family. a Phylogenetic tree of BES1 proteins from tomato and other plants. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by MEGA X according to NJ method. 9, 8, 9, 16, 6 and 11 BES1 protein sequences from S. lycopersicum (red font), A. thaliana (blue font), C. annuum, G. max, O. sativa and Z. mays respectively were used.
