Detection of lipids produced by kinase activity using 2D-TLC. Lipids from C. chinense cell cultures infected for 6 h with a cs (1 × 10⁴) (C. chinense + cs) were subjected to alkaline TLC to separate the different phospholipid species. As a control, lipids were developed from only C. chinense cells or only the cs. Radioactivity was detected by autoradiography. A representative result from three experiments is presented
