Barley YFP-RIPa localizes to MT-restricted membrane domains when co-expressed with wild type RAC1 and MAGAP1. Whole cell Z-stack images were taken 24 h after biolistic transformation of barley epidermal cells. The MT-marker DsRED-MAP 4 was co-expressed to visualize MTs.
