The neighbor-joining (NJ) unrooted tree was constructed based on the multiple alignments of BnPTL protein sequences by using ClustalW program with 1000 bootstrap replicates. Clades and subclades are labeled at the left and right of the tree, respectively. The red numbers adjacent to every branch represent the bootstrap values.
