Six hormone-responsive genes were up-regulated in the STB-susceptible cv. Longbow at 24 h. Five genes fell into two homoeologous groups, that were identified as putative WRKY-like transcription factors (groups 1 and 2). The gene in group 3 was a putative SAUR7-like Auxin responsive gene. None of these genes were differentially expressed in cv. Stigg, nor at any timepoint other than 24 hpi in Longbow. Bars indicate SEM of the log2 fold change
