Analysis of the transcript profile of stress-related genes. Expression levels of stress-related genes in TaPRX-2A-overexpressing transgenic lines and WT plants under salt stress by qRT–PCR. The gene 18SrRNA was as an endogenous control. Each treatment had three independent biological repeats. The gene relative expression was calculated by the cycle threshold (Ct) values using formula 2–ΔΔCT.
