Genes in the iron assimilation pathway were regulated by NaHS treatment under iron deficiency and iron sufficiency conditions in roots of Glycine max plants. Transcript levels of genes are listed in the figure, and the detailed DEGs are listed in supplementary Table S5. The data of columns indicated the gene expression of iron assimilation using RT-PCR. The relative mRNA levels of each gene were normalized to the mRNA of GmEIF1B and Gmactin. Data are presented as the mean ± SE (n = 3). Columns labelled with different letters indicate significant differences at P < 0.05. Abbreviations of gene names are provided in supplementary Table S3.
