Table 1 Measures of leaf area and dry biomass in C. quinoa plants grown at two NO3 levels. Leaf area, root dry weight, shoot dry weight, shoot/root ratio and total biomass of plants grown at sufficient nitrate supply (HN, 20 mM NO3) and low nitrate supply (LN, 0.5 mM of NO3) for 24 days.
