Gene expression of candidate circadian and flowering time genes in the Mtphya-1 mutant and R108 in VLD. Relative transcript abundance was measured in the fully expanded trifoliate leaves of 14-d-old wild-type R108 and Mtphya-1 homozygous seedlings grown in vernalised long-day (VLD) photoperiods. Relative gene expression was measured by qRT-PCR with normalization to PP2A. Data are the mean ± t.se of three biological replicates and relative to the highest value.
