The growth conditions of seedlings are the same as those in Fig. 3. After low temperature treatment for 3 days, the seedlings were grown for 7 days under long day conditions, then transplanted into soil. Samples were harvested on day 5, 10, and 15 at both ZT0 and ZT16. Triplicate qPCR measurements were repeated at least three times, normalized to the reference gene TIP41 (At4g34270) and expressed as relative transcript accumulation values. Statistical analysis as described in Fig. 2
