Complementation of 10a mutants restores salt sensitivity to wild type levels. (a) Arabidopsis seedlings grown in the absence or presence of 100 mM NaCl for 12 days. Complementation lines 10a::10a-1 and 10a::10a-2 were obtained by introducing a ProABC1K10a::ABC1K10a-GFP construct into the 10a mutant background (Bar = 500 μm).
