The heat map of WRKY family members in pepper’s response to P. capsici infection. Base on the transcript abundance and dynamic changes of gene expression, the 72 CaWRKY family members could be mainly classified into three groups: group I, were not or very low expressed (FPKM < 1); group II, were more-or-less constitutively expressed (FPKM > 1, fold < 2); group III, were significantly up-regulated during the infection (FPKM > 1, fold > 2). The Z-scores of RNA-seq data sets were used for analysis of gene expression patterns using the ggplot2 package (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ggplot2/) and construction of heat maps using the pheatmap package (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/pheatmap/)
