Subcellular localization of GmCSDs and GmCCS in tobacco mesophyll cells. Tobacco epidermal cells expressing 35S:GmCSDs-GFP, 35S:GmCCS-GFP, or 35S:GFP were separately viewed by a confocal microscope. The nucleus marker (NLS) and peroxisome marker (SKL) indicated by the blue fluorescence were separately used to co-localize with GmCSD2a/b/c and GmCCS. Bar = 20 μm
