Genotype TR77 using simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers. The SSR markers Xbarc130, Xcfd189, Xwmc318, and Xgdm153 did not amplify 5D genome-specific bands in TR77, but the markers Xcfd8, Xgwm182 and Xwmc357 amplified the same bands in TR77 as in the wheat parent 7182.
