TaZFP1B reduces ROS accumulation under drought stress. Plants were grown and treated as described in Fig. 2 except that drought stress was applied for 7 days. Soluble extracts were prepared and contents in DCF (a), H2O2 (b) and malondialdehyde (c) were determined, as well as the protein content and the results are expressed as fold-change relative to well watered wild-type plants.
