Multi-alignment of the amino acid sequences of PPDK in the e branch. Cre10.g424750.t1.2, Seita.9G354600.1, Sevir.9G360400.1, Pahal.9G416400.1 and Sobic.001G326900.1, represent PPDK genes of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, Setaria italica, Setaria viridis, Panicum hallii, and Sorghum bicolor, respectively.
