Relative expression levels of several genes that may be related to OsNADK1 expression in the wild-type (WT, cv. Dongjin) and osnadk1 mutant under normal growth and drought stress conditions. Four-week-old plants were used for the drought treatment. The gene symbols and primer sequences used for qRT-PCR are listed in Additional file 8: Table S3. Control, watering normally; drought, without watering for 10 days. Data are means ±SD from three independent biological replicates. Bars annotated with different letters represent values that were significantly different by the Tukey method (p ≤ 0.05)
