From: Receptor kinase FERONIA regulates flowering time in Arabidopsis
FER mutation affects the expression patterns of the clock genes. The expression levels of CCA1 (a), LHY (b), TOC1 (c), PRR7 (d), PRR9 (e) and GI (f) transcripts in WT and fer-4 mutant plants under LL conditions are shown. Seven-day-old seedlings were grown under LD conditions, transferred to LL at ZT 0, sampled at 3-h intervals and analyzed using qPCR. The period was analyzed using BioDare2. All experiments were performed at least three times with similar results, and the error bars represent the SD of three technical replicates
