From: Transcriptome analysis of two inflorescence branching mutants reveals cytokinin is an important regulator in controlling inflorescence architecture in the woody plant Jatropha curcas

Fig. 3

Hierarchical clustering of differentially expressed genes with opposite expression profiles in inflorescences between pairwise high-branch mutant vs. WT (dxhII_ckII) and low-branch mutant vs. WT (gII_ckII). The pairwise ckII_ckI and dxhII_dxhI indicate the comparisons of inflorescence bud and shoot tip in WT and dxh mutant, respectively; dxhI_ckI indicates the comparison of shoot tips between dxh mutant and WT; dxhII_ckII, gII_ckII and gII_dxhII indicate the comparisons of inflorescence buds between dxh and g mutant and WT, respectively. Genes shown in the figure is listed in Additional file 6. The color bar from red to blue indicates up-regulated and down-regulated expressions of genes in each pair; the dark color represents high fold change and the light color represents low fold change; the number in each color cell indicates corresponding value of fold change
