Reduction of the H3K27me3 mark causes an increase of the antagonistic mark H3K4me3. a, b Immunoblot of 5 days-old wild-type (Ws-4) seedlings directly grown for 5 days in the presence of increasing concentrations (30, 60, 120 μM) of RDS 3434 or DMSO as control. Total proteins were probed with: H3K4me3 (a) or H3K36me3 (b) specific antibodies. H3 was used as loading control. Western blot (top) and densitometric analysis (bottom). The protein levels are the mean of two biological replicates, presented with SD values. Significant differences were analyzed by t-test (*P ≤ 0.05, **P ≤ 0.01)
