The lowest transcription for each gene was regarded as a standard, and L25 gene was taken as endogenous control. Gels: upper, NtHD-ZIP IV gene segments amplified by semi-quantitive RT-PCR; lower, L25 gene segments amplified by semi-quantitive RT-PCR. Data was analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by least significant difference (LSD) to determine the significance of differences between means using SPSS version 11.0. Each bar represents the average of three biological replicates. Different letters in the same gene indicate significant differences (P < 0.05)
