B16- and B17-induced defence-related gene expression in A. thaliana. Four-week-old plants were treated with B16 and B17, and leaf samples were harvested at 24 h to extract total RNA. Each treatment had 12 plants and 3 biological replicates, and every biological replicate contained 4 plants. The results of qRT-PCR analysis of defence-related gene transcript levels in response to B16 and B17. The values are the means ± standard deviations.
