B16- and B17-induced callose deposition in A. thaliana. B16 and B17 prime the activation of callose deposition in the leaves of A. thaliana Col-0 plants upon DC3000 attack. A. thaliana Col-0 plants were inoculated with DC3000 at 5 dpt, and the leaves were sampled at 24 hpi. Callose deposition was observed under light and epifluorescence microscopes. Each treatment had 6 plants, and all experiments were performed three times, with similar results obtained
