Comparison of Plasmopara viticola development in leaves of a susceptible and Rpv3–1 cultivar. Time course of P. viticola development was evaluated using UV epifluorescence after aniline blue staining at 24 hpi (top), 48 hpi (middle) and 72hpi (bottom).
