Table 1 Performance of Spodoptera littoralis larvae on cotyledons from conventional and ULGCS cotton. First instars were fed with cotyledon leaf discs from conventional cotton (Coker 312) and two ULGCS cotton lines (RNAi 1: 66-49B and RNAi 2: 66–274) for seven days.
