Table 1 Cytokinin content of 8-d-old Brassica napus seedlings overexpressing the CKX2 gene. The concentration of cytokinin metabolites was measured in root, shoot and whole seedlings of the lines 35S:CKX2-1, 35S:CKX2-4, 35S:CKX2-13, and wild type. The cytokinin metabolite concentrations detected in the transgenic lines are shown as percent of those found in wild type.
