OsRH58-expressing transgenic plants are tolerant against salinity stress. The wild type (WT) and OsRH58-expressing transgenic Arabidopsis plants (OX1, OX2, and OX3) were grown on MS medium containing 150 mM NaCl, and (a) seedling fresh weight and (b) root length were measured after 3 weeks and 2 weeks, respectively.
