Chromosomal location of CCCH genes in B. rapa. 102 of the 103 CCCH genes have been mapped on chromosomes A01-A10. The chromosome map was constructed using the Mapchart 2.2 program. The scale on the chromosome represents megabases (Mb) and the chromosome number is indicated at the top of each chromosome. Blue line and rectangle shows diploid gene pairs and red line and rectangle shows triploid gene pairs. All duplicated genes are segmental duplication except BraA09g035330/BraA09g035340/BrA09g035350
