RNA was extracted separately from leaf blades and petioles from 5 and 7 WAG plants, and cauline leaves, inflorescence stems, and siliques from 7 WAG plants. Relative mRNA levels were determined using ACT2, UBC9, and MON1 as a reference, and presented as the log2 of the mean and standard error of three independent biological replicates for each gene. Different letters indicate significant differences determined by Tukey’s HSD test (P < 0.05)
