Marker cg-WSSR40 generated two expected size bands each in T. compactum, T. dicoccum and T. durum and their size were same in all the three species. Only one band was detected in case of T sphaerococcum and T .monococcum. Marker cg-WSSR44 generated only one band in the wild and cultivated wheat species
