RT-qPCR (quantitative real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction) analysis of selected sRNAs. Tested sRNAs were selected according to Fig. 1. RT-qPCR was carried out by using the constitutively expressed 16S rRNA gene as a reference.
