Relative expression (±SEM) is the fold-change at the given hours post induction compared with the control and was analyzed using quantitative RT-PCR. Expression levels were normalized to those of actin as a housekeeping gene. Error bars indicate ±SEM. Essentially identical results were obtained for each gene in three independent experiments.
