Immunodetection of trans-zeatin (tZ) riboside (tZR) and N6-(Δ2-isopentenyl)adenine (iP) riboside (iPR) in the endosperm cells of the spikelets sampled on 9 DAA from control and 50 μM BAP treated rice cultivar OR-1918. Immunolabeling for isopentenyladenosine (iPR) and tans-zeatin riboside (tZR) was done by polyclonal antibodies raised against iPR/tZR conjugated with BSA, and immunodection followed incubation with secondary antibody. The longitudinal sections of the whole caryopses were observed under a fluorscence streo-microscope
