Chilling treatment induced the expression of the HbICE and HbCBF genes of H. brasiliensis. Seedlings of H. brasiliensis were treated at 19 °C (a and c) or 4 °C (b and d). Samples were collected at the time points indicated. The expression levels of HbICE (a and b) and HbCBF (c and d) genes were analysed by qRT-PCR. Values are presented as the mean standard error of three independent biological replicates. Different letters indicate significant differences (P < 0.05) according to one-way analysis of variance
