16S rDNA amplicon sequencing reveals high abundance of Bradyrhizobium in all tested plant species. The plant species (listed in Table 1) were grown for 7 weeks on an experimental plot in the Veluwe Mossel area (The Netherlands). Shown is the relative abundance of Bradyrhizobium OTU 7 in the root endophytic compartment. Each dot represents one replicate (n = 8)
