This 2-D gel is a representative image of the Commassie Brillant Blue stained gel with three biological replicates. Differentially accumulated protein spots are marked with corresponding numbers, including 24 proteins with increased abundance (upper panel) and nine with decreased abundance (lower panel) in winter tender shoots as compared with the spring shoots. Identified proteins are listed in Tables 1 and 2
