Fluctuation of the most frequent pathotypes in the Blumeria graminis f. sp. hordei population in two regions of Kazakhstan. Frequency was calculated from the total number of collected and analyzed (for pathotypes) isolates of B. graminis f. sp. hordei in the populations (Tables 3). Frequency of pathotype 24 occurrence reliably differes from the same of other pathotypes (significant difference from P < 0.004 to <0.0001). Significant difference in occurrence frequency was not observed between other pathotypes (Р > 0,05) in the surveyed regions. Statistical analysis was performed using two-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s multiple comparisons test. P values <0.05 were considered significant
