Effects of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC; 1 mg L−1) alone and in combination with sodium nitroprusside (ACC; 1 mg L−1 + SNP; 10 mg L−1) on the transcript levels of ethylene biosynthesis genes (DcACS1 (a), DcACO1) (b), and petal senescence gene (DcCPI) (c) in the petals of ‘Tico Viola’, which were collected on day 9 after the treatment.
