Time course in the transcription of resistant cotton defense-related pathogenesis related (PR) genes from different time points after inoculation. Total RNAs were extracted from 3-week-old cotton plants after treatment with V. dahliae, and infected roots and leaves were harvested at 0, 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72 hpi.
