Hierarchical cluster analysis of proteins in different maturity periods. Four major clusters of protein changes were formed: Cluster 1 (blue)shows the proteins that were up-regulated in the whole growth period of fruit and reached a peak at 35DAA; Cluster 2 (yellow) reveals the proteins that were up-regulated and down regulated during the development of the fruit and reached a peak at 25DAA; Cluster 3 (turquoise) demonstrates the proteins that were up-regulated and down regulated during the development of the fruit and reached a peak at 15DAA; Cluster 4 (green) presents the proteins that were down-regulated in the whole growth period of fruit and reached a peak at 5DAA.
