Comparison of transcriptomes as they relate to morphology. Transcripts between the ecotypes were removed if they were altered at the same level at all Agp. For example, if the transcript for Gene A was downregulated 2 fold in all conditions, it was removed. This comparison between Col-0 and WS had 128 altered gene transcripts at Agp 90°, 88 altered between Col-0 and WS at Agp 45°, and 133 altered between Col-0 and WS at Agp 135°.
